Today Buzzi Unicem SpA has sold “on the block market” to a member of the Dyckerhoff Family no 650,000 treasury ordinary shares at a price of € 7.60 per share, for a total amount of € 4,940,000.

The transaction has been executed at a price higher than the trading one and at the carrying value treasury shares are booked at in the balance sheet.
