This is to inform that as from today we have made available on the company’s website (www.buzziunicem.it) as well as at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the Information Document, pursuant to Art. 84 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99, on the stock grant scheme’s latest assignment of Buzzi Unicem SpA’s savings shares to employees of the company and its subsidiaries linked to the achievement of the objectives for the years 2004-2008, as per resolution of the Board of Directors which met today.
