This is to inform that Buzzi Unicem has obtained from Standard & Poor’s a long-term rating BBB flat and a short-term rating A-3 (outlook negative). This rating follows the similar one assigned to the subsidiary Dyckerhoff AG.

Buzzi Unicem views this granting as a positive factor, especially under the present conditions and the near-term future outlook for the key markets of group’s operations.
