Information about privacy and cookies

Pursuant to EU Privacy Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the present disclosure statement describes the procedures used by Buzzi Unicem SpA to process the personal data of the visitors to the website www.buzziunicem.it - "Website").

SCOPE OF DATA DISCLOSURE

The personal data will be processed by staff entrusted by the Controller. Personal data may also be processed by third parties, external service providers (eg. technical assistance), acting for or on behalf of the Controller, duly appointed as Processors, who will process data in accordance with the purpose for which the data was originally collected.

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The EU Regulation 2016/679 Regulation grants the exercise of specific rights to the data subjects.

The data subject also has the right, if the conditions are met, to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data within the limits of his/her responsibility.
