High school students from Pardubice, Czech Republic, participated in the international ENERSOL 2019 competition with a presentation on the ZAPA DROP pervious concrete. The goal of the competition was to raise awareness among young people about issues such as energy savings, renewable resources and the reduction of emissions from vehicles. 
ZAPA beton has been actively involved with local high schools and universities for years, developing projects that include both informative activities in the classroom and visits to production facilities. The educational programs include in-depth overviews of pouring techniques, the characteristics and advantages of special products and laboratory tests.  During these encounters, technicians, plant supervisors and ZAPA sales representatives have had the opportunity to meet students from the schools of Kladno, České Budějovice, Pardubice, Liberec, Brno, Hodonín, Valašské Meziřící and Šumperk.
