We want our “parents” to experience maternity and paternity with peace of mind, and our “mothers” to have equal development opportunities, knowing they can choose to have one or more children without their career path being limited as a result.
The Family Friendly Company program is designed to concretely support our employees’ desire for parenthood and to help improve the work-life balance of couples with young children.
It includes a range of both financial and non-financial measures that accompany new parents from the months before childbirth through their return to work. Among these are the Family Friend, a designated person who maintains contact with the parent on leave, financial bonuses for children up to three years old, and the Back on Track reintegration program, created to facilitate a smooth return to work for new parents.
