  • Selection process

We carefully review the CVs and applications received to identify the candidates that best meet the requirements of our open positions or current searches.

Suitable candidates will go through a selection process that will involve a series of motivational and technical interviews (including with native speakers if required by the position/assignment), conducted by the Human Resources Department in conjunction with the respective Functional Manager(s).

At the end of the selection process, we will identify the best candidate for our workforce who will then be made a formal job offer by the Human Resources Department.

  • Onboarding

We guide our new hires through the process of learning about the Group and the responsibilities required by the role. We offer training and orientation courses to provide our new hires with the tools for understanding the business and familiarizing themselves with our corporate values.
