Master-TAGCEM II edizion

In 2023, the second edition of the Master Universitario di II livello in “Tecniche Avanzate per la Gestione degli Impianti di produzione del Cemento” (Advanced Techniques for the Management of Cement Production Plants) was launched, a project that Buzzi Unicem and Politecnico di Torino have once again embraced with great commitment.

Over the two-year course, the ten participants had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, deepening their knowledge of the cement and concrete industries and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.

As part of the training program, company tutors assigned each trainee a specific topic to be developed during the second year as a Project Work, focused on Buzzi Unicem’s innovative processes and activities.

Collaboration with the professors from Politecnico di Torino and the support of various corporate departments and plants not only helped the apprentices grow, but also enabled the company to enhance its internal training programs, highlighting the role of employees who acted as tutors and trainers.

Since June 2025, the participants have joined the company’s departments, areas, and plants, continuing their professional journey within Buzzi Unicem.
