On May 29, 2026, the third edition of the TagCem Master’s Program in Advanced Techniques for Cement Plant Management officially began. The program is developed by Buzzi in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Turin.

The initiative involves 17 young apprentices who will embark on a two-year journey designed to combine academic education with professional experience within the company. The program is part of Buzzi’s broader commitment to developing talent and strengthening the skills needed to meet the future challenges of the industrial sector.

Through a learning approach that combines classroom activities, hands-on experience and project work, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their technical and managerial knowledge related to cement production processes, working alongside university professors and industry experts.

Now in its third edition, the TagCem Master’s Program continues to demonstrate the value of collaboration between industry and academia, fostering the development of new professional skills and supporting the transfer of strategic knowledge for the future of the Group.
