A press conference was held at the Augusta Plant to formalize the partnership established between Buzzi Unicem and the Società Augustana di Storia Patria (Augustan Society of Homeland History) and to anticipate the contents of the new Bulletin, sponsored by Buzzi Unicem.
During the meeting, the Company and its policy of dialogue with the local community were presented. It was also an opportunity to emphasize how much we want to support cultural and social initiatives and to valorize the context in which we operate, given the proximity of the plant to one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in the area, the Megara Iblea site.
The guests showed particular interest in the cement plant and its location, expressing a desire to organize guided tours in the future.
