What Binds Us: People at the Heart of the New Buzzi Unicem Website

The Buzzi Unicem website has been renewed to put people at the center, with a restyling that updates language and content, highlights “Living Well at Work,” strengthens the role of training through TagCem, and introduces the video campaign “What Binds Us.” The section formerly known as “Human Resources” has become “People” and now has a prominent position on the homepage, next to “About Us,” emphasizing that people are the true glue of the company.

The video campaign features employees from offices and factories, in cement and concrete operations, with both operational and staff responsibilities, senior staff, and new hires. It tells the company’s story authentically, showcasing the variety of experiences, skills, career paths, and personal interests of its people. “What Binds Us” is based on the idea that, just as cement binds different materials to create something solid and lasting, the relationships, skills, and shared values of people hold Buzzi Unicem together.

The videos are free from rigid scripts or prepackaged messages, instead presenting professional stories, personal passions, and different ways of interpreting roles, reflecting the company’s diversity and richness.
