Prontapresa

is a special, quick-setting hydraulic binder whose gray color is similar to ordinary cement. Unlike most other competing products, this property helps concealing unsightly spots on the repaired product.

As a result of Buzzi Unicem’s research, Prontapresa’s new formulation maintains the product’s excellent mechanical strengths with considerable dimensional stability.

Prontapresa is used for sealing, fixing dowels, and for quick repairs in general. It has high mechanical strengths after both short curing times (3 MPa at 10 minutes, 10 MPa at one hour) and long curing times (50 MPa at 28 days). Additionally, hardened mixes are not affected by moisture and do not swell.
