High 5: Meeting Schools

High 5 is a project developed in collaboration with secondary schools in the areas where we operate, aimed at bridging the gap between education and the world of work by integrating classroom learning with training experiences carried out within the company.

It is also a way to open our company and plants to the broader needs of education, culture, and innovation.

For Buzzi Unicem, High 5 represents a way to overcome the traditional separation between the academic and professional environments, allowing students to put theoretical knowledge into practice according to the principle of learning by doing.

The on-site experience can include a variety of activities designed to develop both soft and technical skills, through specialized classroom training and hands-on experience under the guidance of a company tutor, within plant facilities such as laboratories.
