II LEVEL University Master in Advanced Techniques for Cement Production machineries management
Buzzi Unicem, with the purpose of human capital development, in partnership with Turin Polytechnic, decided to start a biennial II level master's degree in Advanced Techniques for cement Production machineries management (TAGCEM ), targeted to young graduates in engineering and industrial chemistry.
The master will be linked to a high-level apprenticeship contract.
In these two years the students, hired at Casale Monferrato (AL) headquarters, of will attend academic lectures at Turin Polytechnic, with frequent periods of business travel various Group locations, including foreign ones, will acquire the fundamental operational technical skills in order to fulfil, at end of the path, roles of increasing responsibility in the management of production, maintenance, quality and technical assistance or ecology / environment / safety departments of the Italian or foreign plants of the group or the technical services of the central services.

Selection path and criteria
Contractual conditions: high-level apprenticeship (permanent) employment contract, 24 month length, contractual grade: at the hiring 2nd level conceptual area ( grading after 12 months, 3rd level conceptual area, grading at the end of apprenticeship, 1st level directive area) national contract cement industry

Selection process
The selection and recruitment process is articulated in he following steps
- Screening of the applications sent to Apply@Polito
- Motivational and attitudinal interview with Motivational and attitudinal interview with human resources and relevant technical area professionals (Plant Operations Department for chemical, mechanical and electrical engineers, Ecology / environment / safety for environmental engineers, Quality Assurance and technical assistance for chemical engineers and industrial chemistry graduates
- Interview in English language by a mother tongue English teacher to verify and assess English language level B2
Selection criteria
During the selection process Buzzi Unicem will value the following competences
- FIRST SCREENING APPLICATIONS by the company
- vote on exams taken during the Master's Degree program and final grade obtained;
- duration of the university course;
- experiences abroad (Erasmus, EVS or other exchange programs);
- language certifications (English, Spanish, German);
- MOTIVATION INTERVIEW
- motivation to participate in the training course of the Master;
- any previous work experience and internship consistent with participation in the Master;
- INTERVIEW IN ENGLISH
- ability to speak and understand a written technical text.
