Level II University Master in “Tecniche Avanzate per la Gestione degli Impianti di produzione del Cemento” – 2nd EDITION
 

In 2023, the second edition of the II level University Master's Degree in “Tecniche Avanzate per la Gestione degli Impianti di produzione del Cemento” (Advanced techniques for cement plant management) began. This represents a project in which Buzzi Unicem and the Turin Politecnico University have once again believed with great conviction.

During the two years of the Master's Degree, the 10 participants had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, deepening their knowledge of the world of cement plants and aspects related to concrete, coming into contact with the company reality at 360°. As foreseen by the training path, the company tutors assigned each apprentice a specific theme, developed during the second year of the course in the form of Project Work focused on innovative processes and activities of Buzzi Unicem.

The collaboration with the professors of Politecnico and the support of the various Departments and plants have allowed not only the apprentices to grow, but also the company to improve its internal training plans, enhancing the role of the employees who have performed the role of tutors and trainers. Since June 2025, participants have been placed in the relevant Directorates, Areas and plants, continuing their professional career in the company.
